About Us
ENCODE Ltd. was established in 2004. and since then our basic activity is to provide fit for purpose technical solutions in the field of engineering, while being highly specialized in Design and Supervision of complex infrastructure endeavors.
In the past two decades, we have designed more than 150 railway, metro and road facilities.
Our clients, among others, have been government departments, ministries and associated government agencies, local and regional institutions, Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia, as well as multilateral organizations: the World Bank (WB), the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (ERBD), the European Investment Bank (EIB).
At ENCODE, we have built our reputation on always delivering solutions to our clients that are based on three core principles. Based on the Decision of the Serbian Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, ENCODE Ltd. is licensed to develop technical documentation for facilities for which the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure or compentent body of the autonomous province issues the Building Permit, as follows:
