Scope of the project is Plot 17b-1-I in Belgrade Waterfront development. Newly designed building complex consists of two 25 story residential-commercial buildings, an auxiliary two storey building with amenities (Pool, spa and gym) connected to residential towers via footbridges on 1st floor and two level underground garage. Total height above ground floor level is about 90m and total BUA is about 96631 sqm.
Considering the specifics of the project and the building height above ground (90m), the design of all structural elements will be undertaken to comply with the Eurocodes.
