The object of this assignment is Supervision of the works on the section on E 75 from Grdelica to Vladičin Han, which have been divided into four works LOTs:
- LOT 1 – roads and bridges from Grdelica to tunnel Predejane
- LOT 2 – roads, bridges, interchanges from the tunnel Predejane to Caričina Dolina
- LOT 5 – road and bridges from Caričina Dolina to Manajle tunnel and
- LOT 6 – road and interchanges from Manajle tunnel to Vladičin Han
Maintaining an overview of the designs, the types of materials proposed and used, methodologies proposed and employed, performance and quality of workmanship and resultant quality of the finished product bridge structures such that there shall be a consistency of high quality maintained throughout the different motorway Contracts; ./ liaising with the motorway designers, in conjunction with the DLE with a view to ensuring that the designs incorporate the most appropriate technologies and that advances in technology are, where appropriate, given effect in the Project; ./ maintaining an overview of the coordination of the programming and progress of the different Contracts so that safe driving conditions are maintained and the disruption of the travelling public is kept to a minimum; ./ reporting upon any prospective or actual causes of delay and/or any issues that arise out of the Works or works progress and participating with the Client and Contractor in achieving the resolution of such issues; ./ establishing, in conjunction with the SA, systems for compilation of as-built construction data both for the purposes of maintaining on-going control over the construction works and for future design reference, so that the achieved quality of construction may be correlated with the future performance of the motorway under traffic;./ assisting the CRE in establishment and implementation of the training programme with respect to the management of bridge structures construction supervision.
