ENCODE Ltd. is licensed to design road, railway and metro infrastructure as well as buildings, with a construction span and height of 50 meters or more.

The section of the Miloš Veliki Highway from New Belgrade to Surčin, is 7.9 kilometers long, and has three lanes in each direction, 3.5 meters wide, a median of 5 meters, pedestrian lanes 2 meters wide and a bicycle lane 2.2 meters wide.. It is designed for a speed of 80 km/h and features four bridges and two overpasses , in which USD 70.9 million was invested.
