ENCODE Ltd. was established in 2004, and since then our basic activity is to provide fit for purpose technical solutions in the field of civil engineering, while being highly specialized in Design and Supervision of complex infrastructure endeavors.
In the past two decades, we have designed more than 150 railway, metro and road facilities.
Our clients, among others, have been government departments, ministries and associated government agencies, local and regional institutions, Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia , as well as multilateral organizations: the World Bank (WB), the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the European Investment Bank (EIB).

Tram rail Ada Bridge, Serbia
Design and construction of tram rail over the Ada bridge with connections to existing tramways railways in New Belgrade, Banovo Brdo and Rakovica

Light rail and tram system (LRT) Line, Serbia
Main design of approach viaducts of the bridge over the Sava river in Belgrade semi ring trunk road

Main Design of 6 viaducts for LRT from Antifašističke borbe street (New Belgrade) to the beginning of bridge over the Sava river – total structures length about 900 m.

Underground railway station “Vukov spomenik”, Serbia

Railway line Niš-Preševo, Serbia
Design of a second track, and reconstruction of section Niš – Brestovac

Main design – Reconstruction of the section Niš – Brestovac (23,4 km)
Source of funding: IPA (85%) and national budget (15%)
Investment value: EUR 59,9 million
Contractors: Joint Venture Trace – Balkantel
The project includes works on the reconstruction of civil and electrical infrastructure in the part from Niš to Brestovac for speed up to 120 km/h and features four bridges.

One of designed railway bridges is one over Južna Morava river with spans: L=34+42+52+52+42+42+34=298m.
